Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the tag still attached. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Merchandise can only be returned for store credit. Permanently reduced sale items cannot be returned.
To ship a return back to the store, mail your package to 226 N Main St. Paris, MO 65275. We do not cover return shipping costs. Items in package must still be in new condition with tags attached or we will not accept your return. To ensure you are properly credited, please contact us via email or social site prior to mailing back a return. Return package must be postmarked within 30 days of customer originally receiving package.
